KIN.S Living Campus is your home during your university years. You have your room, your spaces, a big garden, and everything you need to study, relax, meet people, and live Florence.
You can follow your own rhythm: keep to yourself when you want, or share a dinner, a game, an evening in the beautiful garden, or simply a few words with the other Kinsers.

You'll get a 140 cm bed, for sleeping super comfortably, studying in whatever position, watching a series and waking up well in the morning. Because for us, rest and daily wellbeing come first.

How to make life in Florence easier.
We're on Via Capo di Mondo, in a quiet, well-served neighbourhood, just a few minutes from the centre. A convenient area to study, get around and live Florence, with no need for a car.
From here you have everything you need within reach: public transport, train stations, shops, bars, restaurants, sports facilities and green spaces.

UNIVERSITIES & SCHOOLSGETTING AROUND IS EASY
BUS
Bus stops are close to KIN.S and connect you with different areas of the city. From here you can reach the centre, the universities and other neighbourhoods of Florence.
TRAIN
Firenze Campo di Marte station is about 500 metres from the building. It's one of the city's main railway stations and is also served by buses and integrated mobility services to easily reach the various areas of Florence. It's also well connected to Santa Maria Novella, Florence's central station.
TRAM
The tram line connects several strategic points of Florence and also reaches important university hubs, such as the Morgagni Campus.
AIRPORT
Florence – Peretola Airport is connected to the city by public transport, making KIN.S convenient for those arriving from abroad or going home during the holidays.

Bars, restaurants, shops and services are already in the neighbourhood and along Via Capo di Mondo. There are also places practically at your doorstep: for example, several dining spots are located along the same street. You're also close to Piazza Oberdan, Piazza Beccaria and Via Gioberti, with more venues, shops and services.

If you need a break, the neighbourhood offers green areas, outdoor spaces and sports facilities nearby.

I'm not the director. Thankfully. I'm KIN.S's mascot and the official companion of the Kinsers.
Kinsers? Yes, that's what we call all the students who live on Campus. After all, they're like me, like you: curious, positive, respectful...
You'll find me on the walls, signs, stickers and merchandise — and probably in places where nobody expected me to turn up.
I'll always be here to remind you of one thing: you're here to start something of your own. Full speed ahead.

Have you noticed the dot in the KIN.S logo? It's a little stone. For us it's the symbol of a beginning: a new place, a new city, a new life. That's why, at the reception, you'll find small stones on the counter. If you feel like it, take one, carry it with you, write something on it, paint it, or simply leave it there on your desk. It will be your little symbol of departure.
